Jr. Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you are responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will be coordinating across cross-functional project team members, identifying and engaging the right resources people and processes to ensure that our projects produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.


To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team's roadmap and active mainstreams, ensuring timely progress and alignment with client needs.
  • Serves as the liaison between the client's project managers and the Development team, addressing key project issues or concerns and determining the optional course of action for solution.
  • Oversea release management by documenting features, coordinating user acceptance testing, arranging demos for both internal and external stakeholders, and communicating release announcements.
  • Facilitate, document, and actively participate in planning, product modeling, demo, and users testing sessions.
  • Attend project and sprint sessions, providing necessary insights and addressing any concerns with the team.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Good Communication Skills
  • At-least 1 year experience in project management 

Nice to have

  • Experience in handling finance projects
  • Additional languages
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Comfortable in client facing role
