Responsibilities:
1. Read Receipts: Must
- know how to read the following amounts: 1) subject-to-VAT, 2) VAT, 3) Non-VAT-able
- be able to find: TIN, Vendor Address, Date, OR Number
- be able to decide expense type: Representation, Meals, Transportation
2. Encode all the date found above into spreadsheet and system
Some experience with receipt encoding/ admin work
Other details:
4 hours or 8 hours (PHP 750 per 8 Hours)
Laptop will be provided at work site
Receipts to be encoded will be provided as hard copy documents at work site
Must be able to commute to Pasig near tiendesitas (possibly a monthly engagement)
