To provide expert-level Anaplan model building, L3 support, and data integration for [PLDT]. The role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and building Anaplan models while ensuring alignment with business processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into efficient Anaplan models while ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and long-term solution sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution design, hands-on model building, and performance optimization
- Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Anaplan models
- Manage ALM processes across development, test, and production environments
- Design and implement data integrations via Anaplan Connect, APIs, or middleware
- Maintain existing models, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy
- Lead workshops, support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 5+ years of Anaplan modeling experience, including hands-on L3 support
- Minimum 4 years delivering Anaplan implementations across multiple use cases (FP&A, S&OP, Sales Planning, Workforce Planning, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, independent working ability, and effective stakeholder communication
- Demonstrated ownership of solution design, model architecture, and ALM processes
- Level 3 Anaplan Model Building Certification required; Solution Architect certification preferred/in progress
