Malaya Tech is hiring a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage accounting operations and ensure compliance with government reporting standards.
This role oversees general accounting, quarterly BIR submissions, and supports payroll and reimbursement processes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates financial reporting and compliance
- Review and manage general accounting entries and reconciliations
- Oversee BIR submissions (quarterly and annual)
- Support payroll processing, including government deductions and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls
Must Have
- Licensed CPA with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR processes, and statutory compliance
- Experience in general accounting and payroll
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo ERP or other accounting systems
- Background in tech or consulting firms
- Familiarity with BIR CAS or EIS systems
