Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Anaplan model building team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Improve team engagement
- Provide inputs on identifying strengths and weaknesses of the department
- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance support of Anaplan models.
- Ensure models are built to specification and meet business needs.
- Supports the Project Manager's goals in completing projects on-time
- Provide insights on decision-making. Provide inputs on deciding the correct course of action for issues and challenges encountered in projects
- Provide support on POC creation
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Enhance the team's skills and industry knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure alignment of model development with business objectives.
- Drive innovation in model building processes and techniques and in new technology.
- Encourage adoption of best practices and new features in Anaplan.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of software development experience
- Analytic problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to challenges and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Solution Architect Certification
- Collaborative team mind
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Anaplan Certification
- Background in finance/accounting systems such as Financial Planning, Management Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Manpower Planning
