The Functional Analyst is part of an implementation project team, who DESIGNS and CONFIGURES SYSTEM FUNCTIIONALITIES to help customers automate processes. The Functional Analyst does STANDARD (NO CODE) CONFIGURATION of our ERP SOFTWARE to fit our customer's processes and coordinates with Developers for back-end customizations.
As a creative position, it requires good design skills so that our delivered functionalities fulfill the requirements of the customer and at the same time, are efficient to implement when collaborating with the customer. As a technical position, this role requires understanding of the functionalities of the ERP software. This position is open to fresh graduates who have good learning habits and are adaptable in order to successfully undergo training. This position is a WORK-FROM-HOME with occasional client visit.
Must Have
- CPA. Bachelor's degree in ACCOUNTANCY (non-cpa), Business Administration, Management, or related field are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- At least 2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Monthly Reporting, Financial Statements, Financial Consolidation, etc.)
- Strong technical skills. (Software navigation)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Great process design skills.
- Responsible and Accountable.
- Willing to undergo system training
- Willing to do occasional on-site business meetings (usually within Metro Manila).

Responsibilities
- Lead the requirement gathering to understand the needs of the business.
- Gather and conduct analyses of existing business processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend optimized solutions.
- Document current and proposed business processes through process maps, diagrams, and written procedures. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop unit test plans and coordinate testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users on how to navigate the system.
- Drive the user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing support to end users, addressing queries and issues via ticketing systems and direct communication.
- Lead the creation of user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer needs and confirm design specification.
- Serve as a liaison between the functional team (SMEs) and development team. Effectively coordinate business requirements to development team.
- Collaborate with the internal project team to achieve common goals. Report updates to the project manager.
