The Systems Engineer is part of an implementation project team, who DESIGNS and CONFIGURES SYTEM FUNCTIONALITIES to help customers automate processes. The Systems Engineer DOES STANDARD (no-code) CONFIGURATION of our ERP SOFTWARE to fit our customer's processes, and coordinates with Developers for back-end customizations. 


As a technical position, this role requires understanding of the configurations of the out-of-the box functionalities of our ERP software. As a creative position, it requires good design skills so that our delivered functionalities fulfill the requirements of the customer and at the same time, are efficient to implement. This is open to fresh graduates who have good learning habits and are adaptable to undergo our training. Position is work-from-home with an occasional client visit.

Responsibilities 

  • Configures the no-code setup of the solution, and coordinates with development team for back-end customizations
  • Supports the data gathering phase and creates the user stories. 
  • Leads the Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the system  
  • Creates the User Manual and other project documents.  
  • Tains end users on how to navigate the  system. 
  • Supports the go-live phase of project implementations.   

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Finance or related field.  
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Process space. 
  • Strong technical skills. (Software navigation and configuration).  
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.  
  • Strong learning and adaptability to undergo training.  
  • Responsible and Accountable  
  • Fresh graduate with good learning habits are welcome to apply. 

Nice to have

  • CPA and Tax-filing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Accounting or ERP Systems (SAP, Xero, Netsuite)   
  • Experience in technical documentation.
  • Residing IN or NEAR Metro Manila.
