We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Functional Analyst to join our team
The Accounting Functional Analyst is part of a project implementation team, who is responsible for ANALYZING client’s current and to-be processes, ASSESSING the business process model, its integration with technology and RECOMMENDS best-practice solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.As a Accounting Functional Analyst , it requires good communication skills when collaborating with the customer. As a technical position, this role requires understanding of the functionalities of the Planning software. Position is WORK-FROM-HOME with an occasional client visit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Design software features to improve business operations using standard or customized ERP tools.
- Work with customer subject matter experts to clarify requirements, and fill-in technical details to get customer sign-off of detailed scope.
- Configure, hand over technical design, and test software solutions.
- Support customer testing by fixing bugs, tracing errors, and offering user guidance until final sign-off of testing.
- Train end users and create the user manual.
- Provide warranty support with bug fixes, error tracing, and user assistance.
- Improve department skills by engaging in mentorship, training, and sharing sessions.
Must Have
- CPA
- Industry experience in at least 2 years of Manufacturing, Retail, Food and Beverages, Consulting, other Services Industries, Technology, Real Estate, Construction, Pharma, Telecom and etc.
- Process experience in at least 4 years of order to cash, procure to pay, other treasury operations, financial reporting, fixed assets, taxation, cost accounting and budgeting
- 2 years' experience in ERP Software
- Good Communication Skills
- Great process design skills.
- Responsible and Accountable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Willing to do occasional on-site business meetings (usually within Metro Manila).
Nice to have
- 2 years' experience in technical documentation, support and end user training
- Experience in negotiation
